Natasha McGregor

Natasha has been a physiotherapist for 12 years and has worked in private clinic settings treating a wide variety of injuries from car accidents to workplace injuries to chronic pain and everything in between.

Across the board, what they have noticed is how important the connection between the mind and the body is when it comes to pain, injury, illness and everything else related to being human! Through observing an endless number of clients over the years, Natasha has developed an approach to physiotherapy that keeps the mind-body connection at the forefront to help encourage folks to understand their own bodies better!

Sessions will involve lots of 1 on 1 time for manual therapy treatment, exercise guidance and modifications as well as symptom management strategies including acupuncture, kinesio tape and cupping.

Outside of working as Physiotherapist, Natasha is building a business “Grounded Health and Wellness” that focuses on teaching folks how to listen to their body, feel empowered to advocate for their own body and life and how to come back to the basics of health and wellness! Natasha loves and incorporates nature, anti-diet culture, anti-urgency culture and an intersectional lens to foster a sense of health and wellness that is accessible, safe and attainable for everyone!
